DESCRIPTION

A large percentage of problems on projects come from lack of communication and many times, they are connected to the enterprise’s performance and lack of planning when managing communication. Nowadays it is possible to get consent on practices of different standards, for example, ABNT NBR 16001 and SA 8000 – Social Responsibility - with Identification of Interested Parts Practices (PI) and social communication planning, which is written on PMBOK.

This type of approach, wider, looks for the aligning of strategies with the same objective: managing the communication aligned with social responsibility remarks. The benefits obtained when managing strategically are large, as seen next:
